Service is spotty depending on the server you get, and the kitchen is slow.

Understaffed, poor management long waiting times. My family got their food at different times. Pancakes weren't cooked right. I asked for strawberrys & I got 2 strawberrys. Manager was no where to be found. He or she was probably sitting in the back doing nothing. While they could be helping. The worst way to start my birthday

After about 7 minutes of waiting at the entrance to be sat, I gave up and left. Didn't see 1 employee the entire time. There were two tables who sat unattended, no drinks, no silverware. What kind of business are you trying to run??

I come to this ihop all the time, they're open 24/7. I have to say I'm never disappointed. The waiters and waitresses are always so nice and always have a smile on their face. The food comes fairly quickly and I've never had a problem.

I placed a pickup order went to pick it up , the lady at the counter asked for my name went to check on my order and said it was coming right out. After waiting 20 minutes with nothing I said to someone to please go check on my order she asked for my name (again) and went to go check and came back and informed me I must of ordered at a different Ihop because my name was not in the system. Yes I accidently ordered at the wrong ihop but the girl who asked for my name the first time and then lied to me and said it would be right out could have saved me 20 minutes . So by the time I got to the ihop I ordered from my pancakes were cold. Would not recommend coming here because obviously they don't care about their customers or their customers time

No stars. Yea it's 3 in the morning, but tell me this isn't every drunk persons favorite place to be.. This particular IHOP SUCKS!!!!! Understaffed on a Saturday and brought out the wrong orders after waiting 30 minutes. And had to asked for the check more than twice because both waiters kept forgetting. Super disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Carla is leading this place well. After a brief discussion on highly specialized eggs to complete my husband's perfect breakfast our waitress Nydia ensured Carla communicated directly with the cook and made it happen! My pleasure was Carlas favorite phrase. Whoever hired or promoted her should be sleep well. I would.

NEVER AGAIN! First it took them 10 minutes just to greet us and then they argued amongst themselves about where to sit us. One waiter took the order and brought the drinks but never brought the straws. Then another girl came with the menues and got angry when we said we already placed our order. The food took 25 minutes and only some of the food was brought. The toast was bare and when we asked for jelly they were perplexed. We never saw the jelly. Then we asked for our check and asked for the meals that we didn't receive to be taken off the bill. That was way too much for them. Egg whites and turkey bacon with water cost $20! Ridiculous! Worst experience ever! NEVER COMING BACK!!!

I met a friend here for breakfast the other day. While I am not a fan of chain restaurants, this was not such a bad visit. We were seated quickly and served right away. The coffee was fresh and the waitress kept coming by to refill our cups. She was accommodating and let my friend order something unusual. I had one crepe with blueberries and skipped the ice cream. It was perfectly cooked and made me feel like I had a treat without all the guilt.

I'm gonna start by saying that I'm not the biggest fan of IHOP but I went after receiving a gift card. I wasn't really expecting much and I basically got as much as I expected. However, there were some couple notable points. I went two times and both times that I went, the first thing that you noticed is a giant line...and a BUNCH of empty tables. There were random tables throughout the restaurant that could have easily sat my party and other parties but they were clearly just sitting there empty and it wasn't like there weren't enough waiters. I waited 10 minutes the first time and almost an hour the second time (by the way, they said it would take about 30 minutes and 25 minutes later, they said it would take 20 minutes). The food was just okay. I got country fried steak and eggs the first time and chicken and waffles the second. The chicken and waffles was okay but the country fried steak was REALLY salty. On another note, the service was better than the food. I went with kids both times and they were more accommodating than I expected. First impression: 1 stars - do NOT go if you want to just a quick bite to eat because they won't seat you, even if they have seats... Food: 3 stars - not great but not bad Service: 4 stars - a little higher rating because I was with kids Overall: 2.7 stars - rounded up since they weren't really 2 stars

Not too bad. Coming directly from the gym it's very convenient. I had the Quick Two Egg Breakfast and a side of oatmeal. The food was good and fairly quick considering the restaurant was full. They are understaffed on servers. I'm in the biz and when there are lines with empty tables this is the result of corporate productivity at its finest. When ever you go to a restaurant, dunkin donuts etc. and wait in a long line, they are usually not short because someone called out sick it's because the manager has to meet his productivity for the day's labor. It's very sad how service is suffered because if this. Hopefully corporate will realize great servers bring back customers.

This place is Ridiculous! Place is slow.... you see all these servers yet NO ONE attends to you. Kitchen is slow and overcooks the food. After talking to one of the employees, I found out that this is one of the corporate locations. Apparently, that means they have many restrictions & as a result, not enough employees. They were SEVERELY short staffed. No hostess or cashier. The servers that did help were very nice but they were not even the ones assigned to our table. SMH. really don't see myself coming back unless there's NOTHING else.

I can't believe they only have 2.5 stars, I come here late at night and I recieve extremely friendly service, and the food is consistent. I'm so happy this place to by my house, I choose IHOP over Original Pancake House or Waffle House any day.

"Our best to you for the Holidays" is IHOP's latest promotion for November/December of 2014 featuring three new pancake specialties, one of which is Pumpkin Cheesecake that was a tremendous disappointment for me both in appearance and in taste. These two pancakes which I paid extra for with an omelet over the option of regular pancakes, were thin and flat instead of thick and fluffy. The promotional picture on the menu shows about a dozen pieces of decent size cheesecake bulging out around the circumference of each pancake, with more appearing to be baked inside toward the center. This is not at all how the cheesecake pieces appeared in my two pancakes, first there were cheesecake pieces that were visible anywhere from the outside of the pancakes, edges, top or bottom - I immediately felt extremely disappointed, I used my fork and sliced into the pancakes, again no sight of any pieces of cheesecake, I continued to slice in and saw no evidence of cheesecake. I called over my server and showed her the pancakes as I said "Where's the cheesecake pieces". The disappointing look on her face was how I felt inside and quickly asked me if I would like to speak with the Manager as if I were not the first customer to complain about this, of course I said yes and watched her talk to the manager about what I wanted to speak with him about. The Manager on duty was the General Manager, Rolando Bubio Franco who said that the pancakes are not cooked as they are shown in the menu picture, instead there are some pieces baked in the center, my jaw literally dropped as I cut into the center and found what looked like two small pieces of cream cheese. Basically the GM made me feel it is what it is and offered to bring me out plain buttermilk pancakes. I requested a new order to be cooked for me to include as many pieces of cheesecake as shown in the menu picture, he quickly said no that there are pieces cooked in the center only. Here is how IHOP describes this food menu item "Two fluffy pancakes that are freshly made with real pumpkin and cheesecake bites baked right in. Topped with cool whipped topping, they're just the right amount of creamy and spice to make the holidays extra nice!" The only accurate part of this description as far as appearance was the small dab of flavored cool whipped topping that tasted good that I smoothed over the top pancake that quickly melted in. What made this experience even worse, it was my Birthday on this visit that I mentioned to the GM which he completely ignored. I informed him that the day before and again today, I attempted to register for their birthday promotion but was unable to do so because the registration page was not accepting either my mailing or email address. I was so disappointed that I came to this IHOP and should have went to a different restaurant. I called IHOP's Corporate Customer Relations phone number, 1-866-444-5144 and after immediately offering my name, phone number and address, said it was optional and asked me how I can be helped. I stated what I have just explained in this review and offered to email or text the picture of the pancakes I was survived to show they were not being prepared anywhere close to what the menu picture showed, the rep had no interest in seeing it - really? I was only asked for my name and phone number which I provided. I was told that the owner of the franchise for this location would be contacted by phone immediately after my call and should hear from the Franchisee by Wed of next week, today is Thursday. There are no prior reviews for this location, so I am the one that is requesting it to be added with my review. I have browsed reviews of other nearby IHOP's, food presented at the table not resembling what is pictured on the menu is a common theme.

Had a bad experience at this IHOP on a Saturday at about 11 am. There was a 15 minute wait for a table, but empty tables all over the room. They made everyone wait for no apparent reason. They were understaffed, as if they didn't expect Saturday morning to be busy. The cheeseburger I ordered was dry and tough. They asked how I wanted it cooked, which must have been some sort of joke that I missed. The lettuce on the cheeseburger was cooked to slime by the heat lamp. The bun was stale and not grilled (as described in the menu). The side of hash browns I ordered with it was tiny. I tired to order one pancake with my meal and was informed that I had to buy a minimum of three for $6. My wife's breakfast combo was OK, although the serving was skimpy. Do yourself a favor and go to the Mayor's Cafe instead.

Just ate here the other night for the first time. Great service, food just right. Today- I don't know what happened. Food was cold, server dropped bill off minutes after food delivery, no question of how food was. Long story short, go here when it is quiet, although, it wasn't busy today at 2 p.m. Maybe new store glitches.... Hope they iron them out. Nice clean restaurant, nice addition to the neighborhood

After arriving on a very busy Friday morning, I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes for my party of 7, which sounded reasonable. Turns out, we ended up being sat over an hour later when there were many available booths in sight that simply needed to be bussed. After ordering, we all received our drink about 20 minutes after being sat, when it is always supposed to be the first thing brought out to the table. Furthermore, after waiting for our food for about 30 minutes and still not receiving it, I asked for my check to pay in advance because I was in a rush. After paying, I was told that the food would be ready in 10 minutes MAX, yet that was not true. I told the server that I was in a rush and now needed my breakfast to-go. After 15 more minutes of waiting, everyone at my table had their food, except me. I told the server that I either needed to cancel the order and get my money back, or I needed the food now, the point was I needed to leave. I didn't even have time to wait for a manager to be able to cancel my order, he was nowhere in sight. Well I finally got my breakfast at 1:25 pm, even though I had arrived at 11:15 am. Also, someone at my table found a hair on their pancake, yum! NEVER will I return to this establishment and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the awful service.

Disgusting experience . I waited on Sunday over an hour for a worthless and dry breakfast of eggs pancakes and bacon . Pathetic never again

This location is tempting because it's new so it's still super clean. They seem to try hard, but I think some of the waitstaff is not sufficiently trained. And the food... some of my turkey dinner was cold, like a frozen dinner that was not properly heated. This happened more than once. I think I'll go back to the university location.

I have been to this location several times and it never seems to disappoint! The service is always great, very friendly and helpful servers. The food here is pretty good, its a little better than other IHOPS. Its WAY cleaner than others and big. I recommend it to anyone looking for some delicious pancakes!
